Hello!
The colours means as follows:
Red - First digit (2)
Black - Second digit (0)
Silver - Decimal multiplier (x0.01)
Gold - Tolerance (5%)
White - Indicates that the resistor is a "fusible" (non-flammable) type
The value of this resistor is definitely 0.2Ω/5%. For safety reasons, it is important to replace it with a fusible type of resistor.
The damage on this resistor usually indicates that the primary switching transistor Q850 is also damaged.

You can use a transistor in the TO-220F package, as long as it can be properly attached to the heat sink. The cheapest one available at TME is BXP10N65CF.

drutowy
metal film
metal glaze
metal oxide
power metal
thick film
thin film
węglowy
W opisie tych nazw na Google nie znalazłem czegoś takiego jak topliwy (niepalny).
Możesz podpowiedzieć, jaki założyć?
W TME są tylko dostępne 0.22Ω/5% - czy taka wartość jest jeszcze w granicach tolerancji w tym obwodzie?

I found this video in two minutes, that really nicely describes the difference between classic and "Non-flammable" resistors ***click***.

By the way, in this particular case this resistor acts only as a fuse and it's value is not critical at all. You can use anything from 0.1-0.5Ω.

TME offers a KNP01SJ020KA10 resistor, that is perfectly suitable. It's also "Non-flammable" type:

Wymieniłem wszystko tak jak sugerowałeś, czyli BXP10N65CF i KNP01SJ020KA10, ale napięcia dalej nie ma za zasilaniu CN4.
CN4:
pin 1 - 0,21V
pin 2 - 0,20V
pin 3 - 0,00V
pin 4 - 0,00V
pin 5 - 0,19V
pin 6 - 0,19V
To co jest jeszcze zastanawiające to niskie rezystancje na kondensatorach:
C5 - 100,00Ω
C6 - 10,39Ω
C51 - 0,35Ω
D854 - jest uszkodzona
EDIT:
Po wylutowaniu D854, rezystancja na C5, C6 wróciły do normy. Na C5 jest nadal 100,00Ω.
Wymieniłem D854 na inną, ale brak poprawy.
