Osobiście spróbowałbym wartości 10kΩ. Natomiast jest parę innych rzeczy, które wymagają uwagi - wszystkie zaznaczyłem na żółto (korozja).

Dzień Dobry,
Po wstawieniu rezystora 10k, płyta uruchamia się prawidłowo.
(po uprzedniej wymianie skorodowanych elementów, nowych lutów - laptop po zalaniu)
