PS5 slim no video output

After replacing hdmi damaged port no video output and hdmi tv source is blank like hdmi cable unplugged.
The ps5 hdmi encoder is RTD2175P but I’m not sure is damaged.
How can I test voltages, the maetallic covers prevent access to make a test.

Clean the PCB using an isopropyl alcohol and take a clear, hi-res photo of the area depicted below. If necessary, take a number of shots from different angles. Please pay special attention to the HDMI port pins.

- Does the console boot up to the solid white LED?

- Set your multimeter to the diode test mode and measure the voltage drops to ground on pins 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 15, 16, 18, 19 of HDMI port with the positive (red probe) connected to the ground.
Use a HDMI test board or a cut-off HDMI cable to access the pins:

Please measure the resistances to ground at the points marked with yellow arrows. Then check if each point marked with red arrow has its connection to any HDMI pin (solder side). Finally, please measure the resistance between the points marked with red arrows and the vertically corresponding points marked with yellow arrows.

Drops voltage

1= 0,64V
3= 0.020V
4= 0,62V
6= no voltage
7= 0,64V
9= 0,020V
10= 0,77V
12= 0,023V
15= 0,023V
16= 0,77V
18= 0.021V
19= 0,77V

Resistance to ground of all yellow arrow points = OL
With red probe to ground all 2,23 M ohm

All red point have continuity with HDMI pin

Resistance between red and yellow point vertically is from 1,75 to 1,87 ohm each point

I checked voltages too with hdmi plugged

1= 3,2V
4= 2V
6= 3,2V
7= 3V
10= 3,2V
13= 1V
14= 4,48V
16= 4,48V

PS5 led just becomes white makes 3 beep

Please, measure the voltage drops to ground on the same pins, but this time with the negative (black probe) connected to ground.

It looks like you count pins backwards. Looking from the soldering side, pin 1 is at the right hand side (near small capacitor). Please repeat measurements.

The adapter pinout is fine, but you used the PS4 HDMI port and not the PS5 one, which is reversed

You should use the HDMI port like this:

You used such PS4 HDMI port, which is reversed and not suitable for the PS5:

And this is why you were forced to bend all pins slightly to the right to solder them. How didn't you spot the difference and pin misalignment, will probably remain a mystery.

Wow for sure.
I bought it for PS5 and I ask myself why they are not aligned.
