Dell Precision 7560
płyta: LA-K621P
CPU:SRKT4
PCH: SRKMB
KBC: MEC1507-LJ

Lapgop generalnie jest martwy, brak reakcji na przycisk mimo działających napięć ALW i 3V na przycisku. Po podłączeniu zasilacza i wciśnięciu przycisku pobór prądu podskakuje na 0.08A i spada do 0.
W tym czasie napięcie na drenie PB10 spada do 3V i wraca do 19.5V w momencie gdy płyta przestaje pobierać prąd.
Gdy połaczę pincetą dren z źródłem tranzystora PQ10 i wcisnę przycisk - płyta uruchamia się normalnie i działa nawet gdy zdejmę pincetę z pinów.

Napięcia na PQ10:
S = 19.5V
D = 19.5V (a gdy wciskam przycik i płyta rozpoczyna start spada do 4V i płyta wyłącza się)
G = napięcie pływa 5-13V; gdy płyta się wyłacza pojawia się 19.5V.

Proszę o pomoc w dalszej diagnozie

Hello!

Check the resistor PR705 (10Ω).
If it's fine, measure the resistance between pins 1, 2 and between pins 19, 20 of charger chip PU700.

PR705 sprawy = 10Ω

PU700:
Rezystancja między pinami 1 i 2 = 0Ω
Rezystancja między pinami 19 i 20 = 20Ω

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 5, 6, 24, 28 of charger chip PU700. Check, if the voltages remains the same, when you try to turn on the board.

PU700:
pin5 = 0V
pin6 = 3.04V (drops to 0.6V for a while when power button pressed)
pin24 = 6.02V (Drops to 3.96V for a while when power button pressed
pin28 = 19,5V (drops to 4V for a while when power button pressed

It seems the BoardView Rev: 0.2 I have is incompatible with your board.
Please, post clear pictures of both sides of the board.

Replace the transistors PQ10, PQ11.

I temporarily replaced PQ10 and PQ11 with AO4423 MOSFETs, but the behavior of the board is exactly the same. (I know these MOSFETs have worse parameters, but unfortunately at the moment I don’t have any other P-channel ones.)
