Acer AN515, płyta LA-L181P REV:1C startuje na kilka sekund i gaśnie

Po wciśnięciu przycisku power zapala się niebieska dioda i gaśnie po kilku sekundach (5-6sec). W tym czasie pobór prądu wynosi 0.05A a jedyne co się nagrzewa pod termowizją to PCH (28 stopni).
Testowo przeprogramowałem bios oraz KBC wyodrębnionym wsadem, ale zachowanie płyty nie zmieniło się. Płyta ładuje baterię i sygnalizuje to poprawnie.

Pomiary po wciśnięciu przycisku power: (zapala się niebieska dioda, po kilku sekundach płyta wyłącza się)
PL501 = 5V
PL301 = 3.3V
PL1801 = 1.84V
PL1102 = 1.80V (czy to prawidłowe napięcie? na schemacie to +1.05VALW)
PLG101 = 1.80V
PLB2 = 16.3V (z podłączoną baterią)
Pozostałe cewki: 0V
8 noga układu SPI (UH4) = 3.3V

Poprzedni właściciel twierdzi że laptop zgasł nagle podczas pracy i już więcej nie odpalił. Po rozebraniu laptopa układ chłodzenia okazał się całkowicie zatkany kurzem.

Proszę o podpowiedzi w dalszej diagnozie.

Podaj rezystancje na wszystkich cewkach płyty, szczególną uwagę zwróć na cewki CPU i wszystkie tranzystory od CPU, tzn. PUH2, PUH3, PUH4, PUH5. Na wszystkich tranzystorach CPU zmierz oporność do masy na pinach: 7, 11-12 (są wspólne)

Nie chce być złym prorokiem, ale PCH pewnie chciałby jeszcze popracować, ale "nie ma z kim gadać", więc sprzęt się po prostu wyłącza. Zapchany układ chłodzenia nie pomógł sprawie.

PLH2, PLH3, PLH4, PLH14 = 27Ω
PLH101 = 143Ω

Wartości wydają się być prawidłowe dla tego cpu...

Na wszystkich tranzystorach CPU zmierz oporność do masy na pinach: 7, 11-12 (są wspólne)

27Ω na PUH2, PUH3m PUH4, PUH5

PLM1 = 588Ω
PL501 = 70kΩ
PL301 = 17kΩ
PL1801 = 1.8kΩ

Jeśli na cewkach GPU masz 0.02Ω to GPU jest uszkodzone

Measure the voltages to ground on pin 2 of transistors Q11, Q13 while the machine is turned on (power LED is turned on).

Yes, quite likely.

- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 15, 19, 67, 68, 101, 107, 110, 112, 115 of KBC chip.

- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 114, 122 of KBC chip in the following cases:
a) Power button released.
b) Power button pressed.

Now disconnect the power supply, wait about two minutes, reconnect the power supply and perform the following measurements:
- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 95, 99, 100, 104, 116, 127 in the following cases:
c) Before pressing to the power button (machine turned off).
d) After pressing to the power button (machine turned on - power LED is turned on).

pin144: power button pressed = 0V, power button relased 3.3V
pin 122: power button pressed = 3.3V(drops to 0V after few sconds when board shuts down), power button relased 0V

I’ve just replaced the PCH and nothing has changed. I programmed the BIOS with a clean ME. The PCH was bought on Aliexpress as 'new,' but could it have the same defect? I’ve bought from this seller many times, and in the case of a faulty product there was usually a short on +3V_SPI, but I’ve only had that issue maybe twice, and I’ve bought quite a lot of chips from him.
For now, I don’t have a donor board from which I could take a 100% working PCH.

Replace the KBC chip.
It requires programming, but it should theoretically programs itself at first connecting power supply to the board. Use a brand new (blank) KBC chip.

I replaced the KBC controller and the board stopped responding to the power button. Current draw after connecting the power supply is 30mA.

The KBC did not program itself– when read with SVOD, the bin file contains only 00000.

When I programmed it with SVOD, the behavior of the board remained the same – after pressing the button, the blue LED lights up and goes out after a few seconds. The current draw is the same as before – it reaches 0.05A.

Do you have an oscilloscope? If so, measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 of the BIOS chip with an oscilloscope immediately after pressing the power button.

The CPU may be damaged and blocking the PCH chip from functioning properly.

Wylutowałem CPU. Zachowanie płyty nie zmieniło się, nadal brak PM_SLP_S4# i PM_SLP_S3#.

Nie wiem jak tutaj, ale w starszych generacjach (intel 8-9gen) z mostami SR40B płyta odpalała bez CPU, a most wystawiał sygnały PM_SLP_S4# i PM_SLP_S3# na 3.3V.

Niestety temat pozostaje nierozwiązany. Płyta posłużyła mi za dawcę GPU i PCH. PCH okazał się sprawny.
