Dell Precision 5540 mb. EDP51/EDB51 LA-H331P Rev: 1.0
Witam kolegów, proszę o pomoc w diagnozie.
Po podłączeniu zasilacza serwisowego (odłączone bateria główna i cmos) pojawia się na 5 sekund pobór prądu 0.286A i spada do 0,018A w tym momencie zapala się na chwilę dioda przycisku power.
Po naciśnięciu Power jest tak samo jak po podłączeniu zasilacza.
Rezystancje na cewkach:
PL1901-30kΩ
PL1900- 150kΩ
PL400- 7kΩ 3,3V
PL401- 10kΩ 5V
PL501- 36,8Ω
PL600-14Ω Bez RAM 0,4kΩ
PL700- 113Ω

Bez RAM tak samo z innym RAM tak samo.
Po podłączeniu zasilacza powinno być napięcie na PL501 (1V)?

Prawdopodobnie masz uszkodzony układ, który daje napięcie na DDR4, tj przetwornica G5616ARZ1U (PU600), do sprawdzenia też PQ600 i PQ601

PL501 is 1VALW, so 1V is OK...

do I understand correctly that PL600 is 0.4kΩ without RAM and 14Ω with RAM inserted? ... I would expect resistance around 160-190 Ohm without RAM = it is resistance of ram controller inside cpu (..and maybe little less with RAM inserted)
14Ω with RAM inserted - you have to check this...inspect RAM slots, try DDR4 slot tester...

Uszkodzony był PQ600 (zwarcie S-D 1 Ohm), zdemontowałem
Na padach 3-4 0,88kOhm wymieniłem na sprawny (AON7406) podłączyłem zasilanie bez RAM i uszkodził się ponownie, w momencie podłączenia zasilania pobór prądu podskoczył do 0,8A.
To znaczy PU600 Uszkodzony?

if PQ600 was shorted Source-Drain, it would mean that 19V gone directly to CPU memory controller - that could not survive...
when testing you can open PJP603...if you would like to continue with PU600 replacement, desolder it and first check all its lines + corresponding parts, than exchange PU600 + PQ600/PQ601

Na padach PU600 nie było niskich rezystancji, Wymieniłem PU600 PQ601 i PQ600 - nic się nie zmieniło w zachowaniu laptopa.
