MSI CREATOR Z16 A12UET motherboard MS 15721 ver 1.0 no turns on

I got this notebook and a technician removed an AUDIO chip (see picture) maybe ALC274 and didn't solder new chip.
Customer says that notebook in the last period turns on after many many attempts and needs to remove battery connector and reset machine holding power button for 20 seconds, some keyboards letters didn't work like O P L.
I read a forum where many people have the same problems NO POWER ON and no working some keyboard letters
I can't find bios and schematic/boardview.
Power consumption without battery 0,08A with battery charging 2,4A
I make a bridge on pin 1 and 2 of switch 1 (I think it is power button on board)
Holding this button I plug in power supply and spin all fans and stop 3 times power consumption rich 0,5A (fans on) blinking led 3 orange and shut off.

Can you post a close-up picture showing U46 (KBC) chip with its surroundings? It seems on second picture like there may be some issues with soldering of this chip.

If you mean on the up right of U46 Is my bridge between pin 1 and 2 of switch 1 (maybe power on on motherboard) but I’m not sure because I haven’t any schematic


I checked KBC in microscope and it was replaced with bad soldering
After soldering all pins it works and turns on.
Now I will install audio chip to check if all is ok
For sure power button on keyboard is damaged because to turns on need to press power button many times with more pressing
I think other letters will not work.

Few years ago there was a serious flaw in several MSI laptops, where keyboard flex cable got damaged due to breaking in its bending area. Maybe here we got similar issue and that's the reason why some of the keys are not working properly. If you got keyboard tester you can check keyboard by pressing problematic keys and checking if its responding properly to pressed keys.

For sure it’s a wrong cable factory issue about that model
