I replaced old battery
New Battery is charged 65% and plugging PSU, orange led is on but but is not charged.
Multimeter on + battery connector is 11,5 V and nothing change plugging PSU.
Laptop stays on unplugging PSU.
Windows says battery connected with charging symbol but charging percentage doesn’t go up.
Measuring positive pin of battery connector (without battery) voltage is fluctuating from 0,7V to 0,8V

Check if there is ASUS Power Manager, ASUS Charger or some software like that on the PC. It can set the maximum battery charging capacity to 60% if it is used mainly on AC power. This settings can also be changed in BIOS if I am not mistaken.

Software is setting to charge battery 100%
I don’t know if software stop charging battery (for example up to 60%) but in my case orange led is always on but now is 61% and doesn’t go on.

I got news.
I checked two issue
Connecting PSU with battery original PSU go to 0V battery led is off and laptop not turns on.
With laboratory PSU 5A with battery connected voltage drops to 15V and Amperage is 5A like a short
With battery disconnected original PSU works and now is possible to connect battery
With laboratory PSU when laptop is on sometimes amperage is fluctuating

Finally I solved
Problem was an old repair that I missed
Someone replace mosfet PQ 21 with a wrong one.
