CPU: SRKT3
GPU: GN20-E5-A1
KBC: IT5570E-256

Proszę o pomoc w zidentyfikowaniu układów oznaczonych CP3 (foto). Są to drivery mosfetów pracujące w zasilaniu CPU z kontrolerem NCP81307.

looks like DFN8 Synchronous Buck MOSFET Driver from Onsemi ...model with closest Specific Device Code CR* is NCP81258...your Specific Device Code is CP*, but couldnt find it.

It's MOS-FET driver chip NCP81151B.

Are You sure? How did You figure that out?

I have NCP81151 (without "B" ), can i replace it?

According to the datasheets, this chip looks practically identical, so you can try.
If you are going to use NCP81151 (without "B"), I recommend replacing all four chips with the same ones, as this chip works in a multi-phase power supply.
