Dell Latitude 3540 zwarcie na głównej lini zasilania.

Platforma: Wistron QUAKEL14_RPL 213247-1
Dell Latitude 3540, po podaniu 5V z zasilacza laboratoryjnego na główną linię wskazuje zwarcie ok 0,35A. Grzeją się lekko: pierwszy tranzystor na linii zasilania (sprawdzałem nie ma zwarcia na drenie, źródle i bramie, drugi też przemierzyłem), moduł ładowania baterii charger i co najgorsze KBC. Proszę o radę jak mam go dalej diagnozować, rozlutować KBC ? (tego chciałbym uniknąć)

- On any pin of resistors PR4401, PR4407.
- On any pin of coils PL4501, PL4551, PL5301.

rezystencja na cewkach jest w porządku, już na samym początku sprawdziłem (faktycznie tego nie napisałem) :
1. PL4501 - 10,8 kΩ
2. PL4551- 0,26 MΩ
3. PL5301 - 1,4 kΩ
Nie mogę jedynie namierzyć rezystorów PR4401 i PR4407 ?

None of the resistances indicate a short circuit.

Remove the coil PL4501 from the board and inject 3.3V from the laboratory power supply to the system side of this coil. What electrical current flows from the laboratory power supply during the test? Does the KBC chip heat up?

To rozumiem, że nie od strony sterownika tylko po drugiej stronie cewki - prąd jest na poziomie 0,096A i KBC niestety się grzeje o jakieś 2-3°.

Open (cut) the jumper R2446 and remeasure the electrical current that flows from the laboratory power supply during the test from post #6.

KBC już się nie grzeje, ale zauważyłem że grzeje się U5501 (nie wiem czy wcześniej się nagrzewał) pobór prądu spadł do 0,07A.

Measure the resistances to ground on pins 6, 10 of chip U5501 with the matrix connected to the board.

U5501 z podłączoną matrycą na
n. 6 - 5,9 kΩ
n. 10 - 5,9 kΩ

Set the laboratory power supply to 19V, limit the current to 0.2A and connect it to the DC socket. What electrical current flows from the laboratory power supply in this case? Also measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 4, 5 of transistors PU4301, PU4415.
Do this with the coil PL4501 removed from the board.

Po podłączeniu 19V na linii zasilania 0,01A. Oba mosfety PU4301, PU4415 nie mają zwarcia pomiędzy źródłem, bramą i drenem, a rezystencja do masy z rozlutowaną cewką PL4501 wynosi:

How about the voltages on these transistors that I asked about in post #12?

Na PU4301 na bramie jest 3V na źródle i drenie 19V a na PU4415 nie otwiera się bo na wszystkich nogach jest ok 19V (no czasami na bramie jest ok 17V)

Solder the coil PL4501 back to the board and remeasure the power consumption of the board on the 19V input power rail.

Z wlutowaną cewką PL4501 pobór prądu 0,029A.

Now also close the jumper R2446 (post #8) and check the power consumption again.

Z założoną zworą R2446 pobór prądu jest na poziomie 0,2A.

Measure the voltages to ground on all coils, when the current consumption is 0.2A.
