  1. Topic title should contain: the device's manufacturer, full model and the brief description of problem.
  2. Topic message should contain: the PCB marking code (required in case of hardware repairs), an extended description of problem, things you have checked/replaced/measured, your conclusions and the question. If you are not able to find the PCB marking code, please read THIS TOPIC. If you still cannot locate the PCB markings, please upload a clean, both-side photos of the mainboard - it is required to remove any films, modules or brackets possibly covering these markings.

Model : Lenovo Ideapad 320
Board id : DG425 DG525 DG725 NM-B321 Rev 1.0 2017-03-14

Laptop came with blown mosfet PQ2203. I replace with good mosfet. Now laptop is on but no display. There is no voltages on PL2201 and PL2202. EC_VR_ON has 3.3V. All other coils have proper voltages. Resistance between PQ2203 mosfet pin 1 and pin 4 has 5.5 Ohm. Is layer problem?

It is not layer problem, if the PQ2203 was damaged/burned, it means that rail +19V was shorted with line APU_CORE_VIN which means that CPU received 19V directly. You would need to replace the APU.

Possible, otherwise the driver chip PU2201 is damaged.
Remove the chip PU2201 from the board and remeasure the resistance.

Yes. you're right. PU2201 is damage. Replace PU2201 and resistance is fine. When opening laptop, PL2201 and PL2202 has about 0.9V. But no display (picture).

Measure the power consumption (in mA) of the board, when the machine is turned on with and without RAM memory connected.
