Witam,

czytnik: Pocketbook InkPad 3
płyta główna: XRZ_E091_PB740-VTTOA-V1.1 / 2017-10-12

wymieniam wyłamane gniazdo microUSB w tym czytniku i przy inspecji po wylucie zauważyłem jeszcze latający czarny element z oznaczeniem CT. Jeden wyrwany z padem, drugi ( zaznaczony na zdjęciu się trzyma. Mam prośbę o pomoc w identyfikacji co to jest za element ? Pomiar elementu wylutowanego daje na omomierzu wynik 5.84 Mohm w obu kierunkach, na tym na płytce zero wyniku pomiaru. Wymiary wskazują na typ obudowy 0402.

Z tego co namierzyłem wzrokowo te elementy są na liniach danych portu microUSB.

Hello!

These components are a bidirectional ESD protection diodes. I don't know which ones exactly according to the markings, but I'm sure you can replace them with any bidirectional ESD protection diodes with a reverse standoff voltage of 5V. For example PESD5V0U1BL or SP0402B-ELC-01ETG.
