Jeśli chodzi o sygnał 3VSUS_PWRGD to powinien on być podniesiony do około 3V.
Należy jednak zauważyć że przed tym sygnałem jest jeszcze jeden sygnał (który może powodować zatrzymanie rozruchu) ME_SusPwrDnAck_R który jest równoznaczny z sygnałem SUSWARN# gdyż linie te łączą się poprzez SL2512, a następnie na SL3001 z linią ME_SusPwrDnAck_EC.
Pomiar napięcia który wykonałeś na n.71 KBC to 2,2V, rezystancja wysoka, RN2501 sprawny, KBC wymieniony.
Jedyne co może być powodem zaniżonego napięcia na tej linii to KBC, PCH i RN2501.
