Laptop to Lenovo ThinkBook 13S G4 213064-1
Wysiadło ładowanie po podpięciu 100W zamienika zasilacza USB-C.
Spalił się układ U4209 jak na zdjęciu:

Układ U4201 wydaje się bliźniaczy, jednak nie mogę go rozkodować:

Znalazlem schemat od Lenovo 13s G2 MB 19869-1 gdzie nie ma U4209, ale jest U4201 który opisany jest jako
CSD87501L

Układ wygląda podobnie, ale ma zupełnie inny marking. Proszę o pomoc w doborze lub potwierdzeniu moich przypuszczeń, że w miejsce U4209 mogę wlutować CSD87501L

To typowe dla MOSFET-ów – ten sam układ może mieć różne oznaczenia zależnie od partii, producenta czy fabryki. Podobnie jest w przypadku innych obudów, nie tylko XFBGA10.
CSD87501 to nie układ scalony, a po prostu para tranzystorów MOSFET w jednej obudowie.
Można zastosować inny "układ" o zbliżonych parametrach (Vds, Rds(on), prąd, logika sterowania), ale musi być w tej samej obudowie – XFBGA10 – a tych jest niestety bardzo mało.

Układ ma taki sam pinout, jak ja schemacie. Mam też rezystory po 100 ohm, więc to musi być ten układ.
