Dzień dobry,

laptop z przebitym do VIN mosfetem PQZ2.
Uszkodzony CPU został wymieniony na nowy.
Brak napięć na +VCC_CORE.

Wyczyszczony me region, flash kbc.
Profilaktycznie wymieniony NCP81215P na nowy.

Hello!

Measure the voltages to ground on listed pins:
- On jumper PJM3.
- On pin 2 of resistors PRH7, PRH8, PRZ3, PRZ15.
- On pin 4 of chip UC3.
- On pins 21, 32, 100 of KBC chip.

- On jumper PJM3 - 0,59V
- On pin 2 of resistors PRH7 - 0.94V, PRH8 - 0V, PRZ3 - 0V - , PRZ15 - 1V.
- On pin 4 of chip UC3 - 3.2V.
- On pins 21 - 3.3V, 32 - 3.3V, 100 - 3.3V of KBC chip.

PRH8 is connested to GND
PRZ3 - 100OHM to GND

- Measure the resistance to ground on pin 2 of resistor PRZ12.
- Measure the voltages to ground on both pins of resistor PRZ12.

pin1 - 1.03V, pin2 - 1.05V

There is one of three possibilities:
- Your voltage measurement on pin 52 of chip PUZ1 is wrong.
- There is bad solder joint on pin 52 of chip PUZ1.
- The copper trace on the PCB between resistor PRZ12 and pin 52 of chip PUZ1 is broken.

Once in 10 starts there is no voltage on pin52. I checked all pins again and all measurements are correct except for pin 52 which is currently at 1V.

I replaced the PCH, reballed the CPU, nothing changed

The CPU you installed may be damaged.

Wymieniłem CPU na nowy, sprawdziłem wszystkie połączenie pod układem. Wyczyściłem me region. Bez zmian płyta zachowuje się identycznie.

Are you sure that you cleared the ME-region correctly?
You can upload your old (original) BIOS dump to the appropriate department of the forum and ask for cleaning the ME-region.

Dostałem wsad BIOS z wyczyszczonym ME regionem i płyta zachowuje się bez zmian.
Czy uszkodzony w jakiś sposób układ GPU lub VRAM może powodować brak napięć na CPU jak w moim przypadku?
