Witam,

Płyta: X580VD
Rev 2.0

Płyta jest po mocnym zalaniu. Znalazłem kilka elementów skorodowanych jak i też brak przejść w kilku miejscach, ścieżki zostały odnowione a komponenty w bardzo złym stanie wymienione.

Zalania pod mostkiem:

Brak ścieżki pod układem Q2808 n.2 oraz n.5 - połączenie obu wyprowadzeń układu i odnowienie ścieżki. Połączenie z drabinką rezystorową RN7804 po naprawie jest.

Brak przejscia i zdjęcia odnowionej scieżki:

Rezystancje cewek:

PL8105 - 14 Ohm
PL8101, PL8100 - 2.30 Ohm
PL8103, PL8104 - 4.50 Ohm
PL8302 - 31.15 Ohm
PL9101, PL9102, PL9103 - 2.20 Ohm
PL9301 - 63.60 Ohm
PL9401 - 241.50 Ohm
PL9704 - 24.34 Kohm
PL8702 - 44.23 Kohm
PL8701 - 3,41 Kohm
PL8901 - 2,4 MOhm (bateria, bardzo wyzoko)
PL8601 - 322 Ohm
L3301 - 1,5 Kohm

Bios został przeprogramowany z tego forum (próbowałem kilku wersji) oraz KBC również został przeprogramowany.

Zachowanie płyty po podłączeniu:

Pobór prądu po podłączeniu zatrzymuje się na I = 0.04 A

Napięcia na cewkach:

PL8702 - 3,3V
PL8701 - 5V
PL9704 - 1,8V
PL8302 - 1,0V
L3301 - 1,0V
PL8601 - 0,1237V

Reszty napięc brak. Na kości bios 3V3 obecne.

Po podniesieniu cewki PL8601 napięcie jest takie samo jakby czegoś brakowało przetwornicy choć nie jestem pewien i moje przypuszczenia są na nią skierowane.

Zamieszczam rozkład temp , mostek grzeje się równomiernie i nie widać żadnych punktowych skoków na rdzeniu czy też waflu po załaczeniu płyty:

Hello!

- Measure the resistances to ground on pins 8, 14 of chip PU8801.
- Measure the resistance to ground on pin 1 of transistors PQ8805, PQ8814, PQ8815.

PU8801:
n.8 - 118 kOhm
n.14 - 270 kOhm

PQ8805:
n.1 - 11 kOhm
PQ8814:
n.1 - 370 Ohm
PQ8815:
n.1 - 32 Ohm

The PCH chip is very likely damaged. Remove it from the board and remeasure the power consumption of the board without it.

The motherboard without bridge and RAM:

Current starts at 0.008A, then resets and stops at 0.017A. Everything takes 5 seconds. The current stops at this level.

Replace the PCH chip.
