Please, identify the SOT-23 component in the following picture.

Pin 3 is connected to the ground.

It's located on the active speaker pre-amplifier board.

There is a series resistor of low value (330Ω) to pin 2 and pin 3 is connected to ground, so it looks like a bipolar NPN transistor. Therefore, I am almost sure that PBHV8115T is the right answer. Please find attached datasheet.

I found this too, but it seems strange that a high-voltage transistor rated 150V is used on the board with the power supply ±12V.
Also, the marking on the transistor PBHV8115T should probably be "W6-", "W6p", "W6t", or "W6W", unless there is another factory in different country.

Transistor replaced with BC817-25 and everything works.
I'm replying late, because I was waiting for some other components.
