Natrafiłem na kość Winbond 74M12JWPIQ
Zasilana ona jest napięciem 1,8V.
Posiada od spodu spory pad masowy widoczny na zdjęciu.



Moje pytanie:
Czy taką kość programujemy standardowo ?
Czy musi ona mieć jakiś adapter specjalny w związku z obecnością pada masowego?
Pytanie najważniejsze, czy mój podstawowy EZP2019+ ją obsłuży?

Wole wcześniej dopytać niż ją popsuć.

No, it doesn't. You can leave the big central pad unconnected, or connect it to the ground (pin 4).
You can even use a standard 200-mil SO8 adapter with a small modification: ***Click***.

If I'm not mistaken this programmer does not support 1.8V low voltage chips, so you need to use a 1.8V adapter. This chip is also not listed of this programmer, so try to select some other 128MB chip from the list, for example W25Q128FW.
Without a test, it's hard to say whether it will work or not.

After using the adapter, the bones were able to be used. Unfortunately, only SVOD 4 made it.
