Witam!

Komputer HP 15s-fg1102nw z płytą DA0P5DMB8C0 rev.C

Procesor: intel Core i3
KBC: IT5570E-128

Laptop trafił z objawami złamanej matrycy, czasami pojawiał się obraz na LCD a przez HDMI działał. Wymieniona została matryca na nową i teraz komputer normalnie wyświetla obraz do momentu załadowania systemu. Kiedy już się załaduje cały czas obraz wyświetla się prawidłowo (nawet przy ruszaniu klapą matrycy). Można wpisać PIN klawiaturą i nic się nie dzieje. Jednak jeśli tylko dotknę TouchPada obraz zaczyna znikać i pojawia się na chwilkę jak tylko kursorem trafię w inne miejsce ale wystarczy że znowu zrobię ruch touchem i znowu obraz znika. Odłączyłem całkowicie taśmę Touchpada od płyty i włączyłem. Obraz wyświetla się ale jak tylko wepnę zewnętrzną mysz na USB dzieje się to samo co w przypadku Toucha: ruch powoduje zanikanie obrazu (ale nie podświetlenia) a wypięcie myszki USB w tym stanie i dotknięcie klawisza enter na klawiaturze powoduje przywrócenie obrazu. Bardzo proszę o pomoc

Have you tested the machine with another hard drive with a freshly installed OS?

Thank You matic ! Changing the system from Windows 11 to 10 helped! Everything works as it should!
