Zasilacz:  zamiennik POLION PLNZ002 19,5V/4,62A


Laptop który prawie doprowadziłem dzięki waszej pomocy do pewnej sprawności niestety ale delikatnie umarł :P
Reaguje na przycisk power (dioda przycisku nie zapala się) jednak dioda na froncie już tak (na 15 sekund). Tak samo zachowuje się na zasilaczu i na baterii. Czasem przy wpięciu zasilacza sam się włącza.

Wiatrak nie kręci się. Brak obrazu jednak na podłączonym kablu HDMI, telewizor wykrywa, że jest sygnał.

Napięcia na cewkach:
PL101: 5V
PL108: 14V
PL802: 19.8V
PL100: 3.4V
W25Q128FV VCC: 3.3V

Wypaliłem na kości dwa firmware znalezione w necie - dalej to samo.

Czy na kablu czy na baterii włącza się raz na jakiś czas (dioda zapala się i nic więcej)

PL101: 5V
PL108: 14V
PL802: 19.8V
PL100: 3.4V

PL100: 3.4V

PL601: 0V
PL604: 0V
PU603, PU605 (CSD97374Q4M) - oba układy przy mają Vin 19V, a na wyjściu Vsw 0V
PQ903 (4435 P-Channel 30-V (D-S) MOSFET) - 13.6V na źródle i na bramce, a na drenie 0V

PL801: 13,5V

PIN w zasilaczu 3.4V

Układ UE1 SMSC5085 się grzeje!

Are you sure? UE1 should be ECE5048-LZY.
So this chip is damaged almost for sure and needs to be replaced.

Tak, tak UE1 to ECE 5048-LZY (powiedziałem z pamięci...)

ECE5048, nie trzeba programować? MEC5085 jest programowalny z tego co piszą w internecie?

Wymieniłem układ i dalej to samo.
Z tym, że teraz pierwsza i ósma noga kości BIOS są zwarte do masy...

Na VCC (8pin) kości Winbond: 0V

UZ3 i UZ8 na wejściu i wyjściu zwarte do masy:
VIN1,VIN2 : 3.3V (ALW)
VOUT1, VOUT2: 0V (+3.3V_RUN UZ3)
Mimo zdjęcia obu układów zwarcie dalej występuje Ściągałem nawet zworkę PJP20 aby sprawdzić po której stronie do masy zwarte i z żadnej... Nic już nie rozumiem

Boje się, że PCH/CPU są w środku uszkodzone...

If there were no short circuits before replacing the ECE chip, check if you didn't messed up something during the soldering process.
You may have moved/shifted some components around or under (on the other side of the board) the ECE chip when using hot air.

Zdjąłem układ i dalej jest zwarcie na VCC Winbond...
Trzy razy zakładałem ECE5058... :)

Zrobiłem próbe zwarciową na 8 nodze kości BIOS (3V/1-1.5A) i nic się nie grzeje...

Wygląda, że od strony CPU jest zwarte co nie wygląda dobrze...


Przypomne, że PQ903 (4435 P-Channel 30-V (D-S) MOSFET) - 13.6V na źródle i na bramce, a na drenie 0V

Próba zwarciowa na VCC BIOS (3V/3.5A) pokazała, że grzeje się mniejszy krzem w procku ;_;
