Asus X540LJ nie uruchamia się, problem z zaprogramowaniem nowego KBC

Mam problem z Asusem X540LJ.
Płyta główna X540LJ rev 2.1

KBC - IT8585E
Charger - BQ24735

Laptop gdy trafił do mnie, nie włączał się i nie było reakcji na włącznik. Zasilacz sygnalizował zwarcie. Klient poinformował mnie, że laptop przestał się uruchamiać po zainstalowaniu dodatkowej kości RAMu. Dodatkowo zrobił zwarcie na płycie podłączając klawiaturę.
Faktycznie po rozebraniu, okazało się, że piny 1 i 2 na złączu klawiatury są osmolone. Po podłączeniu zasilania grzała się przetwornica główna PU8100. Przeciąłem zworkę PSL8101 i zwarcie po stronie przetwornicy ustąpiło, natomiast było po stronie KBC Wymieniłem KBC, zalutowałem zworkę, zwarcie na PU8100 ustąpiło. Wymieniłem jeszcze Charger - BQ24735, nie dawał żadnych napięć. Przeprogramowałem BIOS. Chciałem przeprogramować KBC, ale SVOD nie chce wykryć ITE albo sygnalizuje, że ITE jest zajęte. Po podłączeniu do płyty zasilacza, pobór prądu 0,27A, zapala się dioda POWER.

Rezystancja na cewkach:

PL8501 - 9,9 ohm
PL8502 - 9,9 ohm
PL8801 - 1100 Kohm
PL8001 - 69 ohm
PL8200 - 680 ohm
PL8301 - 680 ohm
PL8101 - 13 ,8 Kohm
PL8100 - 4,6 Kohm

Zasilacz ustawiłem na 19,5V

Ja w przypadku problemu z połączeniem robię takie kroki:
1-wylutowuję kość bios.
2-podaję 3v przez kondensator obok ITE
3-wstawiam układ w inną płytę, mam odłożoną jedną z asusa bez procesora gdzie łączy się bez problemu ale coraz częściej myślę o zakupie adaptera do programowania.

In this case the first pin is on the left side, not right. Change that setting and try again.

That's how I connected, SVOD detected the pins, pins OK, but ITE busy, not recognized.

This does not depend on the connection, that setting should be changed in the SVOD software.

That just means that there are a physical connections between the Svod programmer and the KBC chip on the motherboard. It does not mean that the Svod programmer is connected to the correct pins.

First of all, sorry for not answering for so long. I found a few elements with corroded pins on the charger and decided to replace them. I was waiting for parts, resistors and capacitors. I replaced them yesterday.
I edited the motherboard settings in the SVOD settings as you wrote, but it didn't help. Still ITE is busy or ITE series not detected.

Yes of course.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 12, 26, 74, 127 of KBC chip.

When only the power supply is connected, the voltage on KBC chip pins 12,26,74,127 shoots from 0V to 1.65V. On the power supply alone, the board does not start. After connecting the battery, the board starts, gets 0.230A and voltage on KBC chip on PIN:
12 - 1.8V
26 - 1.07V
74 - 3.30V
127 - 3.30V

And that's most likely the reason that you can't flash the KBC chip with the Svod programmer.

Pin 26 on KBC chip - 3,30V

- Measure the resistances to ground on coils PL8100, PL8101.
- Measure the resistances to ground on pins 14, 15 of chip PU8100.

- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 2, 4, 6, 7, 11, 12, 14, 15, 19, 20 of chip PU8100 with the power supply connected only (without battery). Check whether the voltages are stable.

Now, when I connect the power supply, the board starts, takes 0,23A.

Does the machine turn off and stay turned off, if you hold down the power button for a few seconds?

There is no reaction when I hold down the power button.

Open the jumper PJP8101 and try to flash the KBC chip with a Svod programmer again.
If the Svod programmer still reports that the "ITE is busy", please remeasure the voltages to ground on pins 12, 26, 74, 112, 127 of KBC chip and on pin 8 of BIOS chip with the Svod programmer connected.

After opening PJP8101, SVOD detected ITE, but i can't program it.



Voltages to ground on KBC chip:
12 - 1,80V
26 - 3,29V
74 - 3,30V
112 - 3,30V
127 - 3,30V

Voltages to ground on pin 8 BIOS CHIP - 3,29V
When the power supply is connected, the current consumption is 0.138A after 5s getting lower for 1s to 0,013A and again 0,138A.
