By pressing the power button, the laptop does not turn on. The voltage is available on the power button. 3.3 volts and 5 volts are present. All coils have the right ohms with ground.
BIOS is also programmed .No part gets hot
please advise me.tnx

Measure the voltage on pin 41 of JXDP1.
Measure the voltages on pins 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 13, 15 of JAPS1.
Measure the voltages on pin 11 of the JAPS1 in the following cases:
at power off
with power on pressed
at power on.

Replace the bios and remember to save the old one (hoping to fix).

You can try to replace the KBC, but in my opinion replace the APU solves.
