Remove the coil (ferrite bead) PL6000 from the bard and remeasure the resistance to ground on shorted pin of resistor PR703.

One of the transistors PQ6000, PQ6001, PQ6002 or PQ6003 is very likely damaged.

Solder the coil (ferrite bead) PL6000 back to the place and remove the coil PL6001 from the board. Then remeasure the resistance to ground on resistor PR703.
- If the resistance will be still high, it's damaged PQ6000 or PQ6001.
- If the resistance will returned to the low value (Ω range), is damaged PQ6002 or PQ6003.

Wszystko wskazuje że uszkodzony jest UV1. Po zdjęciu cewki PL6001 na górnym pinie mam 9.3kΩ a na dolnym 0.2Ω a dolny prowadzi właśnie pod UV1
Na PR703 też 0.2Ω

The GPU chip UV1 may be consequently damaged, but it's not the main fault here.

Also remove the coil PL6002 from the board and remeasure the resistance to ground on the resistor PR703.

teraz mam rosnące 0d 10kΩ na PR703 po zdjęciu PL6002 i na górnym pinie PL6002 mam rosnące od 10kΩ a na dolnym 0.8Ω

If after removing the PL6002 you have the resistance 10kΩ on the PR703, is damaged one of the transistors PQ6002 or PQ6003. Check them out of the board.
I suggest you to replace both PQ6002 and PQ6003 with a functional ones regardless of the fact that one of them is probably fine.

That's internal resistance of the GPU chip and is probably normal for this type of the GPU.
But as mentioned, the GPU may be damaged consequently as a result of a damaged transistor.

No need to compare, PQ6002, PQ6003 are dual transistors in a single package. Treat such a transistor as two separate transistors:
