Hello!
Is there any change in power consumption when you press the Power button?
Are there any signs of damage on board (corrosion, liquid residues, burned places etc.)?
Are you using original Dell power supply?
Measure resistance to ground on coils (with disconnected all power sources of course).

Only a little change in power consumption when i press the Power button. Without press power button 0.002 amp and press power button 0.010 amp and drop to normal.
There are no signs of damage on board.
I already tested with Original Dell Adapter and nothing change.
Resistance to ground on all coils are normal. There are no short sign on coils.
