HP 15-cs3054nl no charging and not work in dc (Main DAG7BLMB8D0 REV : D )

Good day forums. I get this HP laptop with the defect that the backlight on the screen started to flicker quickly. After a few reboots the fault seemed to have disappeared and then returned. I updated the bios, graphics drivers but nothing. I disassembled the screen and cleaned the LVDS cable both on the lcd side and on the mainboard side. The defect seems to have disappeared but I noticed that the battery is not being charged, the word charging remains but the percentage does not rise, on the contrary, if I unplug the dc connector the battery runs out. I disassembled the mainboard and noticed a burnt diode, in the photo. I replaced it taking it from a similar board ( DAG7BFMB8DO REV ) even if it was rotated 180° on the similar board. I mount the new diode but it does not solve the problem, I also noticed that the motherboard does not always detect the inserted power supply, in fact in the first mosfet I find the voltage of 19V on pins 5,6,7,8 but on the source 0V, in the pin 4 (gate) there is no piloting. Sometimes, however, after a while, the orange charging LED lights up but obviously it doesn't charge.
I measured the voltages on the Charger ISL88739 ic with the battery and power supply connected without the orange led on.

Przy podłączonym zasilaczu powinno być * Typical Operating Performance DCIN = 20V” , a wydaje się że jest tylko zasilanie baterii.
Zmierz na samym zasilaczu p18.

The problem is precisely that the first mosfet is not driven.

Pin18 (only ac adapter conencted) 1,87v

replaced PD7 and the DC section seems solved, only the problem of the battery that is not charged remains, connected with a bench power supply I only have an absorption of 20 mAmp

*Founded PQ7 shorted between gate and source, replaced and now charge battery, test in progress
