Do not connect the charger or battery to the board with the chip PU5 removed.

Pin 2 on PR 159 have between 1,81-1,99 V. Is not stabile.

Repeat the test suggested in post #16, but this time with a resistor 1kΩ.
Measure the voltage to ground on pin 2 of resistor PR159 in this case.

In this case on pin 2 of rezistor 159 is 4,05V.

Measure the resistance to ground on pin 2 of resistor PR159 with both polarities of test leads.

Black on pin 2 - 51kΩ
Red on pin 2 - 265kΩ

- Resistors: PR155 (if present), PR156, PR157, PR158, PR159, PR171
- Diode PD10

Solder the removed resistors and diode one by one back to the board and repeat the test after each of the components is soldered to the board.
Check, which component needs to be soldered so that the voltage drops during the test.

I soldered Diode PD10, Rezistors: PR156, PR157, PR158

When I soldered the PR159 voltage fallow down to 4,35V

I removed the PR159. Next I soldered tranzistors: Q6, Q23, PQ40. Diode D31.
In this case I still have 5V on pin 2 on PR159.
I want to soldering the PR171 but I lost him and I don't know how is the value for him. Could you please help?
For the second. Must I soldering back the PU5 after PR171? The PU5 is the last componet for soldering without PR159.

Yes, the value of resistor PR171 is 0Ω, package 0402.

Solder the resistor PR171 first and if you still have 5V on pin 2 of PR159, solder the chip PU5 and repeat the test.

I soldered the PU5 and on pin 2 on rezistor PR159 - 4,78V

That's seems normal. Also solder the resistor PR159 and remeasure the voltage.
