I raplaced transistors PU5002 and PU5003 and chip PU5001 and motherboard has returned to its starting point.
Blue LED lights up, no display, the fan does not spin. After turn on, when lithing led blue current is 40mA.

voltage and resistance to ground on all coils.
PL4092 - 1 kohm - 1,3V
PL5001 - 40 ohm - 0V
PL4701 - 11 ohm - 0V
PL4801 - 15 ohm - 0V
PL4502 - 3,3 kohm - 3,3V
PL4501 - 500 ohm - 5V
PL4401 - 10 Mohm -2,7V

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 15, 16, 21, 22, 26 of chip PU4601, when the machine is turned on (power LED is turned on).

Yes, is correct i checked twice

Replace the PU4601 (ISL95833BHRTZ).

I replaced PU4061 and the motherboard started working fine. Thank you very much for help.
I'm still studying, could I ask, how did you know that PU4061 needs to be replaced?

The voltages to ground on pins 16 and 26 of chip PU4601 should be the same, which was not in your case.
