Lenowo IdeaPad 310-15IKB NM-A981 - Laptop nie uruchamia się

Laptop: Lenovo Ideapad 510-15IKB
Model: 80SV
Płyta główna NM-A981 Rev.1.0

Podczas transportu laptop upadł na ziemię.
Laptop nie uruchamia się. Nie reaguje na przycisk zasilania.
Po wykonaniu wstępnych pomiarów brak zwarcia na linii głównej.
PL302 - 50kΩ
PL402 - 41kΩ
PL500 - 75Ω
PL502 - 6KΩ
PL501 - 371Ω
PL1001 - 19.3Ω
PL1002 - 35.7Ω
PL1003 - 15Ω
PL801 - 12.5Ω
PL802 - 12.5Ω
PL702 - 8.6Ω

Sprawdziłem czy mosfety nie są zwarte i są ok.

Sprawdzałem czy układ chargera jest zasilany i zauważyłem jednak coś dziwnego a mianowicie przy podłączonym zasilaczu, pojawia się pełne napięcie 20V po czym od razu spada do 2V - 1V i znowu pojawia się pełne napięcie 20V, proces ten zachodzi w kółko.
Sprawdziłem zasilacz, podawał 20,20V - sprawny.
Sprawdzałem czy pojawia się napięcie na ACOK i w wskakiwało na zmianę 3v i 0V .

Domniemam ze charger działa a problem tkwi w skokach napięcia, co może być zapewne spowodowane zwartym jakimś elementem.
Proszę o jakąś porade/pomoc.

Pomiar napięć na cewkach jest bardzo utrudniony, gdyż na każdej cewce pojawia się chwilowo napięcie i natychmiast spada do 0V, sytuacja identyczna jak na wejściu układu chargera gdzie pojawia się pełne napięcie a zaraz po tym spada do zera i tak w kółko.

Bez wciśniętego przycisku start napięcie na pinach:
1 - 20V i spada do 2V potem do 1V i 0V a następnie wskakuje pełne 20V i tak w pętli
4 - 26V i spada do 2V potem do 1V i 0V a następnie wskakuje pełne 20V i tak w pętli
8 - 20V i spada do 2V potem do 1V i 0V a następnie wskakuje pełne 20V i tak w pętli

Pin 1: 3V i spadek do 1V - 0V i ponownie wskakuje 3V i spada.
Pin 9: 0,7V i spadek do 0V i ponownie wskakuje 0,7V i spada.
Pin 11: 2,5V i spadek do 0V i ponownie wskakuje 2,5V i spada.
Pin 12: 3,3V i spadek do 0V i ponownie wskakuje 3,3V i spada.
Pin 16 i 17: 3,3V i spadek do 0V i ponownie wskakuje 3,3V i spada.

PU402:
Pin 1: 2,3V i spadek do 1V - 0V i ponownie wskakuje 2,3V i spada.
Pin 9: 0,5V i spadek do 0V i ponownie wskakuje 0,5V i spada.
Pin 11: 20V i spadek do 2,5V - 0V i ponownie wskakuje 20V i spada.
