lenovo legion y520 dead, 5v power missing

Hi i need help troubleshooting lenovo legion y520 15ikbn
motherboard nm-b191

laptop is almost completely dead exept 20v rail seems to be fine and PL601 have 3,2v (+3VALWP)
also powerbutton tested working and recieves 3,3v, all other coils have 0v

PU601 (RT6585BGQW) +5valwp is missing but there is +5vlp and +5v_ldo

+3v5vcs, alwpwrgd, ec_on_5v_r, is missing also

all coils seems to have healthy ohm measurements to ground

what signal should allow that +5valwp to be generated? can super io be dead?
looking for somekind of direction to troubleshoot and some help, thanks

Measure the voltages on pins 1, 3, 5, 13, 17, 18, 20 of PU601.

Did you measure the voltages after pressing the start button?
Measure the voltages on pin 110 of the KBC in the following cases:
at power off
with pressed power on
to power on

ue1
pin 110 = 3,1v, when powerbutton is pressed, voltage drops to 0v

Measure the voltages on pins 3, 12, 15, 18, 26, 72, 77, 79, 84, 86, 93, 108, 111, 118, 124, 128 of KBC.

Try reprogramming the bios, first save the old one.
If that doesn't work, change the KBC.
