Posiadam oryginalny wsad z uszkodzonej kości BIOS. Wersja ME Region z
uszkodzonego wsadu to 11.8.50.3426

I was check this file and copy the ME Region but it dont turn on. Only white led is turn on. Previously the BIOS IC was GigaDevice 25B128CSIG but now I use the Winbond 25Q128FVSG.
are these chips compatible?

I don't know, but I think the chip 25Q128FVSQ or MX25L12873FM2I-10G is a better replacement.
