Cześć.
Proszę o pomoc w identyfikacji tranzystora SMD (na płytce element jest opisany jako "Q..."). Kod na tranzystorze to: 44.
Obudowa ma wymiary 1,4-1,8 mm x 0,7-0,8 mm czyli to SOT-416/SC-90, a w niektórych książkach kodów przy SOT-416 jest SC-75.

Najlepiej, jakbyś podał płytę główną, dokładny nrQ. Może w schemacie jest czarno na białym.
Moja źródełko podpowiada DTC014YEB, ale musisz to zweryfikować.

Ze zweryfikowaniem na schemacie raczej będzie problem.
Urządzenie to: "H5 Handy Recorder" - tranzystor to Q104.
Na razie dzięki za info, ale tematu na razie nie będę zamykał.

Please, post a clear picture with visible markings on this transistor.
Also post a picture of the board area of this transistor with the nearby surroundings.

Proszę bardzo zdjęcia tranzystora i płytki, przy czym tranzystor jest wlutowany za jeden pin, nie dokładnie na swoim miejscu (został uszkodzony mechanicznie).

@cto is right - this component is 99% sure DTC014Y series transistor, but the last marking "EB" may be different (it means the package size).

Measure the width of the package (picture below).
- If the width is in range from 1.1 to 1.3mm the exact marking is DTC014YM
- If the width is in range from 1.5 to 1.7mm the exact marking is DTC014YEB

Obudowa ma szerokość 1,6 mm zatem można przyjąć że jest to DTC014YEB.
Temat uważam za zamknięty.
