Napięcia jak na zdjęciu. Od razu przeprogramowałem BIOS (tym samym wsadem) bez zmian.
Bez założonego chłodzenia rdzeń BGA po chwili parzy, więc pracuje.
Jak dostałem kartę to raz mi się odpaliła na początku, po wyłączeniu i włączeniu PC już nie wstaje (wcześniej przed tym jednorazowym uruchomieniem też nie wstawała)
Karta jest po koparce.

Try to diagnostically heat the GPU with a hot air gun. Use a nozzle with diameter of about 8-10mm.
- Set the temperature to 300°C and air flow to middle setting.
- Heat the entire GPU chip evenly for 50 seconds.
- Then heat only the center crystal for another 30 seconds.
- Wait until the chip completely cools down and test the card.

Bo szukacie na siłę problemu tam, gdzie go nie ma... Matic po raz kolejny wprowadza tu kogoś w błąd. Problemem na tej karcie jest za niskie zasilanie pamięci (druga gałąź), AMD w swoich bublach nie jest w stanie zasilać pamięci z jednej przetwornicy, więc ładuje dwie.
Tu masz dokładnie zaznaczone gdzie jest problem. Patrząc na to napięcie jakie się tam znajduje na 95% jest to uwalony dzielnik napięcia dla feedbacku (napięcie wyjściowe bliskie Vref kontrolera). Prześledź po ścieżkach które to rezystory (jeden leci do Vout, drugi do GND), przelicz je dla napięcia ~1.5V i wymień. Ewentualnie porównaj z pierwszą przetwornicą
