Świeci dioda na gnieździe, laptop ładuje baterię (dioda zmienia kolor na pomaranczowy).

Po wciśnięciu przycisku PWR odpalają przetwornice 3.3V i 5V, jednak laptop pozostaje martwy (brak poboru prądu).

3.3V na przycisku obecne

KBC KB9022Q i bios przeprogramowałem wsadami z forum, jednak nic to nie zmieniło.
Na wszystkich cewkach rezystancje są bez zastrzeżeń.

Measure voltage and resistance to ground on all coils.

PL202 = OL, 3V
PL201 = 810 kOhm, 19V
PL14 = 73 Ohm
PL12 = 172 Ohm
PL11 = 720 Ohm
PL9 = 1.02 kOhm, 5V
PL8 = 2 MOhm, 3.3V
PLW2 = 180 Ohm
PLV2, PLV3 = 33Ohm

Voltages after pressing power button.

I have the rev.1.0 scheme and there are no PLW2, PLV2, PLV3. I cannot help without correct scheme.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 14 of chip Q21 after pressing to the power button.

1 = 5.00V
3= 0V
5 = 0V
7= 3.33V
8 = 0V
14=0V

Measure the power consumption (in mA) of the board before and after pressing to the power button without battery connected.

Before pressing Power button = 0mA
After pressing Power Button = 13mA

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 37, 67, 75, 77, 78, 101, 110, 112, 115, 124, 125 of KBC chip.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 6, 14, 16, 32, 74, 95, 100, 104, 116, 123 of KBC chip in the following cases:
a) Before pressing to the power button.
b) After pressing to the power button.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 114, 122 of KBC chip in the following cases:
c) Power button released.
d) Power button pressed.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 114, 122 of KBC chip in the following cases:
c) Power button released.
d) Power button pressed.

114: Power button relased = 3.2V, Power button pressed (and held) = 0V, after relasing button it goes back to 3.2V
122: Before pressing PWR button = 0V, After pressing = 3.28V

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 37, 67, 75, 77, 78, 101, 110, 112, 115, 124, 125 of KBC chip.

pin37 = 3.28V
pin67= 3.28V
pin75 = 0.55V
pin77= 3.29V
pin78 = 3.29V
pin101= 0.33V
pin110 =3.25V
pin112 = 0V
pin115 = 3.14V
pin124= 3.29V
pin125 = 3.29V

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 6, 14, 16, 32, 74, 95, 100, 104, 116, 123 of KBC chip in the following cases:
a) Before pressing to the power button.
b) After pressing to the power button.

a) Before pressing to the power button.:
All tese pins = 0V

b) After pressing to the power button.
pin16 = 3.35V
pin100 = 3,25V
pin104 = 3.25V
All others = 0V

Measure the resistance to ground on pin 101 of KBC chip.
If the resistance is high (in kΩ range or greater), try to replace the KBC chip.

pin 101 of KBC chip = 5.8kΩ

Is it possible for KBC to be faulty, when it's properly detected by SVOD? I am able to read/write its internal memory.

Edit: Ive replaced KBC, programmed it with a proper dump. Nothing changed

The PCH part of the APU hybrid is unfortunately very likely damaged.
You can try to reflow the APU, but it needs to be replaced for the permanent repair.
