Witam mam problem z notebookiem dell xps L221X Model nr: 221x-1099 Płyta główna: QAZAO LA8821P Rew:2.0(A01)
Objawy : brak reakcji na włącznik.

Witam po podaniu zasilania zapalają się diody podświetlenia klawiatury i dioda na włączniku po chwili słychać 3 kródkie piknięcia.Laptop włączyłem bez wewnętrznej baterii (na złączach baterii 0V).

Some of the resistance measurements on the coils seems strange. Please, remeasure the resistances to ground on all coils. You should measure the resistances, when the machine is turned off and all power sources are disconnected from the board.

It means a "System board failure". There may be many reasons for a 3 beep error code.

Przypuszczam że na PL 1210 powinno być 1,35V czy to napięcie wytwarza PU300?

Po rozlutowaniu zworki PJP303 znikło zwarcie na (PL1210 - 5kΩ i rośnie) ,czyli mam zrobić próbę zwarciową na stronie zworki gdzie pozostaje zwarcie? napięciem max 1,35V ? czy to oznacza uszkodzony procesor?

After the test, remeasure the voltages on PU300.

On PL 401 is 1.5V I made a mistake in rewriting the results (and edit post).
I haven't done the test yet because I don't know where exactly to connect with the power supply .Can I plug in on the short-circuit side of the PJP303 pin, it just doesn't want to break anything.

I made a short-circuit test with my 3A power supply which reached a maximum of 2.10A At 2A, the RAMs line UD1, UD3, UD5, UD7 heats up slightly.Isopropanol evaporates faster on UD1 and less on UD5 . Tomorrow I will try to test on a more powerful power supply. Can I turn on the notebook with the PJP300 open?

The RAM memory chips are damaged.
I think you will have to replace all of the RAM memory chips, elsewhere it will not work.

The jumper PJP300 does not exist on this board. If you mean PJP303 then yes.

If your resistance measurements on coils are correct, the resistances on coils PL701, PL704, PL1212 also seems suspiciously low.
However, try to turn on the machine with opened PJP303 and remeasure the voltages to ground on all coils, when the machine is turned on.
