Also remove the transistor PQ11 from the board and remeasure the voltage to ground on pin 3 of transistors PQ21 after pressing to the power button.

If the voltage will be still around 8V, remove the transistor PQ21 from the board and measure the voltage to ground on pad 3 of transistor PQ21.

With remove PQ11, measure result is the same.
When i remove PQ21, the voltage to ground on pad 3 of transistor PQ21 is 12.4V (With or Without press power key)
When i replace PQ21 with others N-Channel mosfet, measure result is the same above post ( Without press power key 0V and press power key about 8/9V )

Remeasure the voltages to ground on all pins of transistor PQ19 before and after pressing to the power button with and without transistor PQ21.

With or without transistor PQ21, measurement result is the same.
PQ19
Pin 1 - Ground
Pin 2 - 0V (without press power key) / about 2V ( Press power key )
Pin 3 - 9.1V (without press power key) / about 2/3V (Press power key)

Remove the transistors PQ17, PQ18, PQ22 from the board and remeasure the voltages to ground on all pins of transistor PQ19 before and after pressing to the power button.

Remove the transistors PQ17, PQ18, PQ22 and measurement result is the same in above post.
PQ19
Pin 1 - Ground
Pin 2 - 0V (without press power key) / about 2V ( Press power key )
Pin 3 - 9.1V (without press power key) / about 2/3V (Press power key)

Replace the transistor PQ19 and remeasure the voltages to ground on all pins of this transistor.
If you don't have a replacement transistor, you can solder the PQ23 on the place of PQ19 for the test.

I try to replace the transistor PQ19 with PQ23 and also try to replace with same type of transistor (as show in picture), but measurement result is the same in above post.

No. I do not gave an oscilloscope.

Solder all transistors back to the board and remeasure the listed voltages to ground for a short time, when the machine is turned on:
- On pins 1, 2 of transistors PQ11.
- On pins 1, 4 of transistors PQ12, PQ41, PQ42.

PQ11
Pin 1 - about 1.1V
Pin 2 - about 8V

PQ12
Pin 1 - about 2.3V
Pin 4 - about 8V

PQ41
Pin 1 - about 3.8V
Pin 4 - about 8V

PQ42
Pin 1 - about 5V
Pin 4 - about 12.4V

Remeasure the power consumption (in mA) of the board before and after pressing to the power button.

Power consumption (in mA) of the board before pressing the power button - 0.000 mA
Power consumption (in mA) of the board before pressing the power button - 0.030 mA

Try to reflash the BIOS chip and remeasure the power consumption of the board after pressing to the power button.

After reflashing the bios, power consumption of the board is the same like above post. I try to flash 3 bios file and same result.

Have you reflashed both (MAIN + EC) BIOS chips?
If so, the APU hybrid is unfortunately most likely damaged.

I don't have EC Programmer. I only have RT809F Programmer. So i can only flash BIOS.

There are two BIOS chips on this board (MAIN and EC). MAIN is U22 and EC is U20.
Note that the MAIN BIOS chip is a low voltage (1,8V) memory chip, the EC chip may be 1,8V or 3,3V depending on the board version.

Programmer RT809F supports 3,3V chips only. If you want to flash the low voltage ones, you need a 1,8V adapter.
If you programmed a low voltage chip on this programmer without an adapter, you most likely damage the chip.

First, thanks for your notice. Fortunately i have a 1.8V adapter and i already flash MAIN BIOS with 1.8V adapter. But nothing change. And then i try to flash EC BIOS. After this, when i press power key, power consumption (in mA) of the board is about 0.020 mA. The only difference is power consumption is not stop.

I think you may be right. APU hybrid may be damage. I notice that when i open this laptop, one of CPU heatsink screw is broken. I think APU may be so hot and damage.
