Dell E6440 (LA-9931P 1.0 A00) - brak detekcji zasilacza.

Płyta LA-9931P rev 1.0 A00
Objaw: Brak detekcji zasilacza. Płyta wstaje na zasilaczu ale brak detekcji skutkuje obniżeniem mnożnika procesora i brakiem ładowania baterii. W BIOSie "UNKNOWN BATTERY"

Pin PS_ID przepikany z gniazda do n.1 PQ1.
Na PQ1 n.2 mam 5V a więc tranzystor się otwiera.
Na n.1 i 3 PQ1 mam 0,0352V nie podbite do 3,3V.
PR11 ma 2,2kΩ, PR12 ma 33Ω.

Dziwnie na n.1 PU1 mam 1,5V, ale n.4 PS_ID ma tyle samo co cała linia PS_ID od gniazda czyli 0,0352V.

Sprawdzone na 3 oryginalnych zasilaczach, na 3 różnych gniazdach.

Uszkodzony KBC? Do zaprogramowania?

Hello!

Measure the resistances to ground on pins 3, 4 of chip PU1.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 4, 5 of chip PU1.
Measure the voltage to ground on pin 2 of resistor PR11.

PU1
pin3 = 10kΩ
pin4 = 6,5MΩ

PU1
pin4 = 0,0246
pin5 = 5V

PR11
pin2 = 3,3V

Remove the chip PU1 from the board and check, if you get 3V on pad 3 on the place of chip PU1.

After desolder I have 3V on this pad.
I ordered this IC, now it arrived and after replace same situation as at the beginning.

Reflash the KBC chip MEC5075 with programmer. Don't forget to save the old dump.
If it does not change anything, replace the KBC chip MEC5075.

Try to reset CMOS

how to reflash it by SVOD3?

Ok. Some time after plug DC SVOD couldnt see chip. Now is good.

I cant find KBC file for this motherboard and MEC. Do you have, and can upload?

I bought used MEC5075, soldered and programmed by original flash from this notebook, but laptop starts, light shows up and after 10 seconds light goes down and no more reactions.

If I soldered original MEC5075 and got reaction. But after power on fan is starting, notebook is restarting twice and after this procedure turning of, and battery light is still on, and hdd light is blinking. After 30 seconds all lights turning off.
I cant see picture on screen

I've tryed to reflash SPI and nothing.

What is going on please help me.

Are the solder joints on all pins of MEC5075 good?

Reflash the BIOS chip again with old (original) dump.
Try to read the MEC5075 with programmer again and check, if you get the same code as on post #10.

I think connections are good. I can try reseat this agan.
Please check differences in 2 files. Last lanes are not the same. Why?

Musze poddać się z tym laptopem. Nie mam pojęcia co mu może być, a niestety nie uzyskałem nigdzie wsadu do KBC.
