Witam, gdy podpinam laptopa pod zasilacz zapala się pomarańczowa dioda na kilka sekund a następnie zaczyna mrugać. Po włączeniu laptopa pomarańczowa dioda nadal mruga. Ikona baterii wskazuje że się ładuje lecz cały czas jest 93%. Po odłączeniu zasilacza komputer się natychmiast wyłącza. Jeżeli komputer jest pod zasilaczem to napięcie baterii wynosi 3,1V jeżeli odłączę zasilanie wtedy 0,7V. Może to wskazywać na uszkodzoną baterie czy jednak coś na płycie się uszkodziło. Niestety nie mam baterii na podmianę.

Check the switches SWG1 and SWG2. SWG1 is located near the HDD connector, SWG2 is located near the DC input connector.
Switch SWG1 should be pressed all the time (check if the resistance of this switch drops to 0Ω, when it is pressed).
Switch SWG2 should be released all the time (check, if the resistance of this switch is high).
Switch SWG1 should be pressed all the time (check if the resistance of this switch drops to 0Ω, when it is pressed).
Switch SWG2 should be released all the time (check, if the resistance of this switch is high).

Make sure the switch SWG1 is pressed all the time and before connecting the battery to the board.
Switch SWG2 should be released all the time.
If it does not change the behaviour of the board, install a Battery Mon software and post a screen of "Battery Info", when the battery + power supply are connected.

Have you measured that power consumption when the machine is turned off? If so, the battery probably normally charges with that 400mA.

Sorry, my mistake, the switch SWG1 is actually the bottom HDD & RAM cover detection switch and not a battery detection switch.
This switch disable the battery in the case the bottom cover is opened. The purpose of this switch is to disconnect the battery power supply and prevent possible electrical damage to the board caused by inserting/removing the RAM/HDD drive.
Everything seems to be working properly. Assemble the machine together and check, if the switch SWG1 is activated, when the bottom HDD & RAM cover is closed.
