Acer Aspire ES14 not switch on

Laptop cannot switch on. 5V 3V is ok. Power Key 3.3V is ok. When press power key, no fan spin and no led light is on. With DC PowerSupply, press power key 0.040 Amp consume and then stop. Schematic found but no boardview and no markings on the board. Press power key and open for a second tested voltages show in picture. Need help.

There is no power consumption before pressing power button.

on this coil on the board is short

There is no short on this coil. It's over 3M Resistance to ground.

just custom voltage 2.7V
where does it go - on which microcircuit

It may be hard to find all of the listed components, but if you can, measure the following voltages.

Measure the voltage to ground on pin 7 of chip PU11.
Measure the voltages to ground on pins 3, 6 of transistor PQ6.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 4 of transistors PQ12, PQ41, PQ42, when the machine is turned on (Power consumption is 40mA).
Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 2 of transistors PQ11, PQ13, when the machine is turned on (Power consumption is 40mA).

Voltage to ground on pin 7 of chip PU11 is not stable ( 0.5, 2.3, 3.0 etc ... )
Voltages to ground on pins 3 of transistor PQ6 - 3.3 V
voltages to ground on pins 6 of transistor PQ6 is not stable ( 0.4, 2.7, 4.5 etc ... )

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 13, 17, 20 of chip PU11 and check, if these voltages are stable.

Measure the voltage to ground on pin 5 of charger chip PU8. Check, if this voltage is stable.

Yes. i'm sure voltage on pin 7 of chip PU11 is not stable. Sometimes it's 3V and sometimes it's 0.9, 2.3, 2.6, etc ...
Voltage to ground on pin 5 of charger chip PU8 is 3.3V. It's stable.

Measure the voltage to ground on pin 30 of KBC chip, when the machine is turned on (power LED is turned on).

Voltage to ground on pin 30 of KBC chip is about 2.1V. By the way, laptop is no fan spin and no power led light turn on.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 11, 12, 14, 33, 72, 74, 77, 100, 106, 119, 127 of KBC chip.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 30, 112, 120 of KBC chip in the following cases:
a) Before pressing to the power button (machine turned off).
b) After pressing to the power button (machine turned on - power consumption is 40mA).

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 107, 123 of KBC chip in the following cases:
c) Power button released.
d) Power button pressed.

Measure the voltages to ground on both pins of resistor PR235.

Both pins of resistor PR235 are 13.50V
