Acer Aspire F5-573G DAZAAMB16E0 Rev.E Brak obrazu, tylko podświetlenie

Witam, mam problem z laptopem Acer Aspire F5-573G. Problem polega na tym, że nie ma obrazu na matrycy jest tylko podświetlenie bez treści, na VGA czy HDMI jest zupełny brak obrazu. Laptop słychać, że pracuje poprawnie wchodzi do systemu po podłączeniu jakiegoś urządzenia pod usb np. Pendrive'a z głośników słychać dźwięk podłączonego urządzenia (ten z Windows) czy również po odpięciu.

Obsada płyty DAZAAMB16E0 Rev: E ZAAA:
Procesor: i5-6200U SR2EY
Grafika: N16S-GT1-KA-A2
KBC: ITE IT8987E CXA
BIOS: WINBOND 25Q64FVSIG

Co zrobiłem do tej pory?:
- zmierzyłem napięcia na cewkach(podpisane na zdjęciu),
-zmierzyłem napięcia na złączu matrycy- 19V, 3.3V, 5V obecne,
-diagnostycznie wygrzewałem grafikę- bez efektów,
- przeprogramowałem bios jak i KBC,
-wykonałem próbę bez układów RTD2166 oraz P3366

Pomiary były wykonywane z baterią oraz zwartym micro-switchem na płycie na uruchomionej płycie.

Have you tried to press the buttons "Fn" +"F5" to enable the external video output?

Pin26: 0V
Pin27: 0V
Pin33: 3,4V
Pin34: 3,39V

I tried Press fn+ f5 but no result.

Yes, i flash clear BIOS.

It is very likely that the PCH contained in the APU is faulty.

Try with another LCD screen (matrix).

I'm tried, but not effect. It's wird why i don't have picture on VGA or HDMI when system working.

Try to reflash the KBC chip with programmer. Don't forget to save the old dump.

Kbc has already been programmed. No effect.

Are you sure that the backlight of the LCD screen is turned on?

If so, are you sure, there is 0V on pins 26, 27 of LVDS connector CN5?

It's not possible. The LCD shines with a constant brightness.

Try to replace the LVDS cable.

OK, I buyed new lvds cable and repleaced but it's that same effect.

Measure the resistances to ground on points marked as "A", "B", "C" ... "J" (picture below).
Check, if the capacitors connected to this points are not physically damaged.

The capacitrors looks great. I do not know if this is a good way because I do not have the image on hdmi and vga too.

My measurement:

A: 1,59kΩ
B: 1,59kΩ
C: 1,56kΩ
D: 1,56kΩ
E: 1,56kΩ
F: 1,56kΩ
G: 1,56kΩ
H: 1,6kΩ
I: 1,49kΩ
J: 1,49kΩ

On some boards the HDMI and VGA outputs don't work without an LCD screen.

In your case the issue is unfortunately most likely related to the APU hybrid. You can try to reflow it, but it needs to be replaced for a permanent solution.
