Model : Dell Vostro 15 3568
Mother Board : VEGAS/TURIS SKL/KBL 15341-1

First, laptop came with 19V line short. I found the shorted fet (PU4504). Replace with good one and 19V line short is gone. After that i found 3.3V line is shorted too. So i try to inject 3.3V with 1Amp setting in 5Amp DC Power Supply. But nothing hot. I try to increase Amp and at about 5Amp CPU is hot. Is that CPU short?

CPU is BGA Type. So i do the short circuit test with CPU.

Pin 1 of PQ4401 - about 3.2 M and reduce slowly
PL4501 - about 700K and reduce slowly
PL4502 - 1.0 Ohm
PL5101 - 156 Ohm
PL5301 - 1.0 Ohm
PL8501 - 18.5 Ohm
PL8502 - 18.5 Ohm
PL4801 - 4.2 Ohm
PL4701 - 5.0 Ohm
PL5001 - 9.7 Ohm
PL8601 - 270 Ohm
PL8651 - 70 Ohm
PL4401 - about 8 M and reduce slowly

Yes. PU4504 is shorted. I already tested and remove it before. PU5301 is not shorted. I try to remove PU5301 but short still exit.

Resistance to ground on pins 7,8,9 - about 6 M
Resistance to ground on pins 16,17,18 - about 7 M
* Noted - I already removed Coil PL5301. Other side of PL5301 resistance to ground is about 1Ohm. I also try to inject 1.1V to this side. It's consume about 1.6 Amp in DC Powersupply. But nothing is hot.

There is no voltage (0V) on PL5301.

3D3V_PWR side of PL4502 is already shorted as i said above. I replace PU4504 and test with DC Supply, it is so hot because of short. So i remove all mosfet of 3D3V_PWR (PU4504, PU4505) and test. Mosfet of 5V_PWR side (PU4501, PU4502) so hot (Short). I remove 5V 3V IC (PU4503), mosfet of 5V_PWR side (PU4501, PU4502) and find the 5V line short. I found shorted IC (PU4601). I think it is shorted by me because of injecting voltage with DC Supply. Now 5V short is gone but 3.3V short is stil exit. As i told you like above post, injecting 3.3V with 1Amp setting (nothing hot). Injecting 3.3V with 5Amp setting APU is hort. Is that APU shorted?

I already try the short test on 3.3V Coil.
