Pacjent po podpięciu zasilania pobiera 38mA. Nie reaguje na przycisk zasilania (na przycisku jest 3.3V, spada do 0 po wciśnięciu). Bios przeprogramowałem.
Lekko grzeje się przetwornica RT8206L (32°C)

Measure the resistances to ground on pins 3, 4 of the highlighted chip (picture below).


Are the resistance measurements on two coils near the CPU (0,5Ω) correct?
If so, remove the CPU from the board and repeat the resistance measurements on these two coils.

3 - 270kΩ
4 - 30kΩ

PL8001 - 0.5Ω with CPU is correct, without CPU - 7.5MΩ
PL8002 - 0.5Ω with CPU is correct, without CPU - 7.5MΩ

and what is the input voltage on the board from the power supply?
must be at least 19.5V

I replaced Rt8206, situation unchanged.
On power supply I have 21V and 3.5A

Open (cut) the highlighted jumper (picture below) and check, if the RT chip will stop heating.
The board is multi-layer, so cut the top copper layer only (be careful to not cut too deep).

After cutting the jumper, power consumption is 0A, RT8206 is not hot.

Close the jumper from post #6 and open the jumper JP5501 (it is located near the KBC chip).
Check if the RT chip is hot in this case. If the RT chip will not be hot, merasure the voltage to ground on pin 4 of chip highlighted in post #2.

After open jumper jp5501 power consumption is again 36mA and RT is hot

Remove the chip highlighted in post #2 from the board and perform a short circuit test described here on highlighted jumper (picture below). For a short circuit test limit the voltage to 3,3V.
You can leave the jumper JP5501 opened during the test.

I gave 3.3V on the highlighted jumper. The power consumption is 30 mA. Nothing gets hot. It seems to me that KBC warms up slightly, but very little.

Solder all removed components and jumpers back to its places.
Remove the RT chip from the board and perform a short circuit test on highlighted jumper (picture below). For a short circuit test limit the voltage to 5V.
