Witam,

Trafiło do mnie kilka urządzeń w których występuje mikrokomputer TX51 zrobiony w formie modułu SODIM

Jest tam spalony układ przetwornicy, który robi napięcia 1,8V 1,4V i 3,3V
Niestety nie mogę nigdzie znaleźć takiego żeby kupić, lub żeby choć rozszyfrować jego nazwę. Producent wg loga to National Semiconductor , który został wykupiony przez Texas Instrument kilka tat temu.
Pierwsza linia w każdym układzie jest inna. Druga ( 72-1514) taka sama.
Może ktoś wie gdzie takie cudo kupić?
