Dozwolone jest wyłącznie umieszczenie fragmentu dokumentacji, który ułatwi autorowi diagnostykę/naprawę sprzętu z wątku. W jednym poście można zamieścić nie więcej, niż jedną stronę instrukcji/schematu. Plik nie może posiadać widocznych znaków wodnych, napisów "confidential", adresów email etc.
  5. Nie jest dozwolone zamieszczanie linków do plików, znajdujących się na innych stronach internetowych.
  6. Nie jest dozwolone zakładanie tematu, który opisuje usterkę więcej niż jednego sprzętu. W takich przypadkach należy utworzyć osobne wątki dla każdego sprzętu.
  7. Nie jest dozwolone pisanie tematu lub postu, mającego charakter zapytania o schemat, boardview, zdjęcia płyty, wsad BIOS lub instrukcję serwisową. Do takich zapytań służy dział ZAPYTANIA O DOKUMENTACJE/BIOS.
 To jest wątek ARCHIWALNY. Możesz odpowiedzieć w nim tylko wtedy, gdy Twój post zawiera rozwiązanie problemu (Regulamin forum p. 12.1).

Model : Dell Vostro 15 3568
Mother Board : VEGAS/TURIS SKL/KBL 15341-1

No Charging. Not power on. When connect adapter, charging led blink for a second and then off. When i press power button, CPU Fan spin for a second and then stop.

Connect adapter ( Standby )
PL4501 - 5V
PL4502 - 3.3V
PL5301 - 1.0V

When press power key (Running a few second)
PL5101 - 1.2V
PL5001 - 1.1V
PL4701 - 0.7V
PL8501 - 0.8V
PL8502 - 0.8V

I do not have schematic. Please help me to find the fault.

Have you measured this voltages for a short time, when the machine is turned on?
If so, measure the resistances to ground on this two coils.

Yes. I measure this voltages when the laptop is turned on for a short time.
Resistance to Ground ...
PL4801 - 8.4 Ohm
PL8651 - 69 Ohm

Also measure the voltage to ground on coil PL8601 for a short time, when the machine is turned on.
If there is 0V, measure the resistance to ground on this coil.

Resistance to ground on this coil - 252 Ohm

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 3, 11, 15, 17 of chip PU8651 for a short time, when the machine is turned on.

Pin 3 - 19 V
Pin 11 - 3.3 V
Pin 15 - 3.3 V

Are you sure there is 0V on coil PL8651 for a short time, when the machine is turned on?

Also measure the voltage to ground on pin 10 of chip PU8651 for a short time, when the machine is turned on.

Yes. I'm sure there is 0V on Coil PL8651.
Voltage to ground on Pin 9 and 10 is also 0V.

How can i find this IC Number. It's write BAA7GB on chip. But i can't find any BAA7GB IC.

The important marking is "BAA" only. Other markings are the manufacturer's lot code, which is not important.

I replaced PU8651 and voltage to ground on coil PL8651 for a short time, when the machine is turned on is about 1.4V. But laptop still not power on.
Voltage to ground on coil PL4801 still 0V.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 2, 4, 6, 28, 35 of PU4801 for a short time, when the machine is turned on.

Do you have an oscilloscope?
if so, measure the voltage to ground on pin 4 of PU4801 with oscilloscope.

Reflash the BIOS chip. Don't forget to save the old dump.
BIOS dump is available on the forum: ***click***

Measure the power consumption (in mA) of the board with old and with new BIOS.
