Witam,
Codice: Seleziona tuttoLaptop: TOSHIBA C855-211
Płyta: PLF/PLR/CSF/CSR REV 2.1


Płyta nie startuje. Posiadała spalony rezystor:

Zgodnie z podpowiedzią"matic" wymieniłem na:
Codice: Seleziona tutto22Ω/5%, package 0805


Po wymianie i podłączeniu zasilacza od razu ten rezystor ulega spaleniu...
Brak zwarcia do masy.
Mogę prosić o pomoc?

Hi,
Looks like IC power protection resistor, check with IC datasheet, a low resistance value on the IC can also cause the resistor to burn out.
Cut the path to the IC, change the resistor and test again, If the resistance does not burn the problem would be in the IC.
I also verified that the IC outputs are not shorted.

Hello!

Please, specify the resistances to ground on both pins of this resistor. Resistor should be removed from the board during the measurements.

Pin 1 - 15 MOhm
Pin 2 - 3 MOhm (side next to the charger)

Remove the highlighted two components (resistor and chip) from the board and check, if the 22Ω resistor survives in this case.
If so, the removed chip (BQ24725A) is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Edit:
Also check the diode in SOT-323 package near the 22Ω resistor, because it may be also damaged. This diode is not related to the burning of the resistor, but check it before replacing the BQ chip.

I replaced the:
1. Diode BAT54CW
2. Charger BQ24725A
3. Resistor 22Ω/5%, package 0805
4. Old battery for the new one

Voltage in battery socket when power supply plug in (without battery):

Pin 1 - 3,18V
Pin 2 - 3,18V
Pin 3 - 0V
Pin 4 - 0V
Pin 5 - 3,29V
Pin 6 - 3,29V
Pin 7 - 3,29V
Pin 8 - 0V
Pin 9 - 0V

Power supply With battery:
Pin 1 - 1,85V
Pin 2 - 1,85V
Pin 3 - 0V
Pin 4 - 0V
Pin 5 - 0,15V
Pin 6 - 3,29V
Pin 7 - 3,29V
Pin 8 - 0V
Pin 9 - 0V

Motherboard running only in power supply. When the battery plug in, doesn't start and doesn't charge battery. Pulsing only battery diode in red.
Any ideas?

With this measurements the battery is bad or incompatible to this machine.

Yes, you are righ!
I bought a new batery and I turned on laptop with battery.
The charging is workiking as well.
