Pojawiają się napięcia na dławikach

Na włączniku pojawia się 3.3v spada do zera po naciśnięciu.
Brak zmian w poborze prądu po naciśnięciu włącznika
Rezystancje na dławikach poprawne
Wgrany nowy bios (uh8 z działającej płyty z czystym me) oraz wsad ec uc2
Brak zmian
Proszę o pomoc w dalszej diagnostyce

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 5, 18, 27, 30, 31, 36, 66, 69, 120, 121, 123, 125, 126 of KBC chip.
Measure the voltages to ground on pins 52, 127 of KBC chip in the following cases:
a) Power button released.
b) Power button pressed.

check voltage on cmos battery

Which chip do you mean with "uc2"? According to the schematic, the chip UC2 does not exist on this board.

Niekoniecznie - najpierw zmierz, czy na n. 127 tego KBC napięcie wynosi 3.3V bez wciśnięcia włącznika i spada do 0V po wciśnięciu włączenia. Opublikuj wyniki pomiaru.

Niekoniecznie - najpierw zmierz, czy na n. 127 tego KBC napięcie wynosi 3.3V bez wciśnięcia włącznika i spada do 0V po wciśnięciu włączenia. Opublikuj wyniki pomiaru.

Tak na pin 127 pojawia się 3.3v I spada do zera po naciśnięciu włącznika

Try to reflash the KBC chip with programmer. Don't forget to save the old dump.

There is information in one of the posts that mec 1416 doesn't require programming and its reading its program from main bios chip

Zatem pozostaje Ci wymiana układu na nowy na tym etapie.

True, but it means that the KBC chip loads the program from the BIOS chip, when the board with empty KBC chip is connected to the power supply for the first time only.
Once the KBC chip is programmed, it will no longer do it again.

So, reflash the KBC chip with programmer.
