Macbook A1466 not power on after liquid damage (Mainboard 820-3437-B)

Connecting the power supply, the green led turns on and then turns orange but if I give the power on, nothing happens. By connecting the motherboard to the power supply without battery, the green LED lights up and then turns orange (without battery) and no fan spin
I found several oxidized spots on the board and cleaned them up. I made some measurements:

This board is definitely not cleaned enough.

First of all, read the training department of the forum and teach how to properly clean the spilled board (this part of the post is unfortunately not translated into English, but you can use a translator).
Then thoroughly clean the board and post the pictures again.

Thanks Matic, I cleaned the board better especially in the last photo, the macbook turns on and works perfectly but there is a strange defect, if I keep it off for more than half an hour it does not turn on, I remove the board from the chassie, the I put it back after a while and the macbook restarts, I tried to do a reflow on the smc by melting the balls because touching it slowly with the tweezers and sms it moved, I let it cool down, the macbook restarts but after keeping it off for half an hour returns returns the defect.

If so, measure the voltage to ground on capacitor C4834 when the machine does not turn on in the following cases:
a) Power button released.
b) Power button pressed.

i think i solved it, i found more oxide in the jtag connector and on another component. Removed the jtag connector and resoldered the component, it seems that it is working. I reassembled it and am testing it
