 [RISOLTO] Lenovo Ideapad 320S-15IKB LA-E541P nie działa touchpad.

Cześć.
Laptop naprawiany po zalaniu. Wszystko działało tylko touchpad się wieszał. Na płytce touchpadu upalony rezystor R1 - 22ohm. Po wymianie rezystora touchpad nie dział już wcale.
Pomiary na złączu JTP1 bez podpiętego touchpada.

3. -0V
4.-0V
5.0V
6.-3.3V
7.-3.3V
8.-3.3V
Zamówiony sprawny touchpad i podmieniony. Ponownie upalony rezystor R1. Po wymianie rezystora nie upala się ponownie. Pomiary na złączu JTP1 z podpiętym touchpadem.

1. to sygnał TP_DISABLE# idzie bezpośrednio z KBC. Czy stan wysoki oznacza że touchpad powinien być nie aktywny. Stan tego sygnału nie zmienia się np o wyłączeniu touch pada z klawiszy funkcyjnych na klawiaturze.
2. to sygnał TP_INT# podciągnięty sprzętowo do 3.3V i idzie bezpośrednio pod hybrydę CPU i PCH. Wygląda jak by układ z touchpada S910ZB wystawiał stan niski.
Czy te sygnały są prawidłowe?

No, this signal is negated, so the TouchPad should be active, when this signal is low.

If I managed to disconnect signal TP_DISABLE# and pull it down to the ground it shoud give permision touchpad to work ? Does it make sense to do it for test ?

You can try, but I think it will not change anything.

Measure the resistances to ground on both pins of resistor R1 with the TouchPad connected to the motherboard (resistor R1 should be removed from the board during the measurement).

Use a continuity tester and check, if the pin with "OL" measurement of R1 is connected to any pin of connector "JTP1" on the motherboard.

Pin with "OL" is not connected to the JTP1.

Check, if it is connected to any pin of the chip U1 on the TouchPad board.

It's not connected to any pin of U1. You can see at the photo where it is connected.

It seems this resistor connects the TouchPad chassis to the ground.
If this resistor was burned, there was probably a short circuit between the TouchPad chassis and some other component.

Check, if the chassis of the TouchPad touches some cable with a broken insulation, or any other part of the motherboard. Maybe there is missing some protective (insulation) foil.
