Asus X75VB Uszkodzona pamięć

Trafił do mnie laptop w którym zdemontowane zostały uszkodzone pamięci RAM z płyty głównej, nie mam niestety tych zdemontowanych kości. Znalazłem poradnik w internecie, który pokazuje jak wyłączyć RAM zintegrowany i działać na dołożonej pamięci.
Zamieniłem miejscami rezystory R2401 i R2403 oraz przestawiłem rezystor R2404 na R2402 i rezystor R2405 na R2407.
Niestety po tych zmianach laptop uruchamia się ale brak obrazu na matrycy. Czy te zmiany powinny działać bez wbudowanej pamięci czy musi być ona zalutowana.
Wgrywałem inny BIOS do płyty, bez rezultatu.
Proszę kolegów o pomoc w rozwiązaniu problemu.

Cześć. Sprawdź pobór prądu na zasilaczu serwisowym z pamięcią i bez pamięci RAM. Masz wszystkie napięcia na cewkach? Może problemem nie był zintegrowany RAM.

Pobór prądu z pamięcią wynosi 1.010A bez pamięci 0.980A. Podobno płyta uruchamiała się normalnie i był obraz tylko czasami Windows wyrzucał niebieski ekran, memtest wykazywał błędy i dlatego została zdjęta pamięć. Teraz płyta trafiła do mnie i nie mam ani pamięci ani obrazu Napięcie pooznaczałem na zdjęciu, zauważyłem również, że grzeje się most oraz mały mosfet koło mostu (grzeja się po wciśnięciu klawisza zasilania ok. 60°). Mosfet sprawdziłem po wylutowaniu, nie ma zwarć. Na jego drenie rezystancja z procesorem wynosi ok. 6Ω, bez procesora ok. 20Ω (czy to nie za mało?)

60 stopni dla PCH to zbyt dużo, te układy nie grzeją się aż tak. Mosfet grzeje się przy okazji, bo zasila PCH pobierający więcej prądu niż powinien. Sprawdziłbym jeszcze miejsce wylutu pamięci, i samo gniazdo pamięci na testerze. Czarno widzę że czeka Cie wymiana PCH.

Miejsce wylutu kości RAM wydaje się ok, bez uszkodzeń, niestety nie mam testera pamięci. Zamontowałem SLJ8E (wyciągnąłem z jakiejś starej płyty) i albo mam pecha i też jest uszkodzony albo problem jest gdzieś indziej. Dzieje się dokładnie to samo, grzeje się most i mosfet obok niego (ok. 60°) Poradźcie koledzy, co jeszcze mogę sprawdzić, czy kupować nowy most?

Yes, exactly the same voltages. 0.99A with RAM, 0.92A without. I changed the resistors as instructed in this video.

You probably mean amperes (A) and not volts (V).
What is the power consumption of the board, when the machine is turned off (before pressing to the power button)?

Sorry my mistake, ofcorse i meant (A). I was edit my previus post. When I plug in the power, tens of milliamps appear for half a second, and it drops to 0

Try with another CPU and RAM memory. Use a classic DDR3 RAM memory.

Wracam do tematu tego laptopa, bo nie mogę sobie z nim poradzić.
Zakupiłem nowy SLJ8E i po zamontowaniu efekt taki sam. Laptop uruchamia się, pobór prądu ok. 1A i brak obrazu na monitorze i ekranie zewnętrznym.
Tak jak poprzednio mocno grzeje się most. Jak radził Matic, podstawiłem inny procesor i kości RAM, bez zmian. Biosy podmieniałem, podmieniłem także układ 25Q64FVSI i nic Kilka pomiarów zaznaczyłem na zdjęciu.

Is the PCH chip still hot (around 60°C) in this case?

1.3A and PCH ~ 60C
With CPU without RAM
1.23A PCH ~ 60C
Without CPU and RAM
0.25A and PCH ~37C
I checked the processor and RAM in another laptop and they are ok

Try to remove all onboard RAM memory chips from the board and check, if anything changes.

No, this is VRAM chips.
I mean the RAM chips near the RAM socket, but from the picture I can see that you have already removed them.

Try to reflash the BIOS chip with a cleaned ME-region.

I cleaned ME Region. Now PCH is about 35C, but coil and mosfet are extremely hot, about 80C. I measured the voltage with processor, resistance without.
Without PCH resistance on that coil is ~kΩ. I took off the PCH and did reballing. No change. I changed the Slj8e three times, one was brand new and they were all hot

The PCH chip has nothing to do with the coil PL8200.
Measure the resistance to ground on this coil with and without CPU connected.

Measure the voltages to ground on all coils, when the machine is turned on.
