Witam,
Chciałem prosić o pomoc w doborze odpowiedniego tranzystora. W routerze na płycie PCB oznaczony jako Q3 opisany jako B1182. Niestety z dostępnością w Polsce słabo, czy ma ktoś może taki układ na sprzedaż lub pomoże dobrać coś odpowiedniego?

Hello!

This transistor is probably 2SB1182 (datasheet at the attachment).
You can replace this transistor for example with MJD32CG. It is available on TME.
