Asus X450C No Power (5V Problem)

Board ID : X450CC Rev 2.0 tmt YA-4A 1 94V-0 E114139

3.3V 5V section problem. 3.3V is ok. 5V line have only 2.2V and not power on. Sometimes 3.3V and 5V all ok and power on. Please help me to find the fix.

Hello!

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 14, 15, 19, 20 of chip PU8100, when the machine does not turn on.

Measure the voltages to ground on all pins of transistor PQ8108, when the machine does not turn on.

Start with reflashing the BIOS chip. Don't forget to save the old dump.

Measure the voltage to ground on pin 5 of charger chip (PU8800), when the machine does not turn on.
Measure the voltages to ground on pins 12, 74, 80, 120 of KBC chip, when there machine does not turn on.

KBC Chip
Pin 12 - 1.79V
Pin 74 - 3.29V
Pin 80 - 0V
Pin 120 - 0V

Reflash the BIOS chip. Don' t forget to save the old dump.

I try to reflash the BIOS with various bin files from internet. But BIOS flashing does not fix the problem.

Check the solder joints on all pins of KBC chip.
If they are ok, replace the KBC chip.

I resolder joints on all pins of KBC chip and now it's running OK. Thanks a lot for your help.
